<p>I engaged Kobus for a new roof in Jan 2017 . After I paid him, he had every single excuse under the sun- viz power failures, floods, all of his staff dying, he had funerals to attend to, he was in Lesothos etc.... I even tried to reach a compromise with him. It is sad that at his age that he resorts to this unscupulous modus operandi. Now he refuses to take my calls and does not respond to mails. He is not true to his word nor his mails. I also discovered that he is not even operating from the so called premises as per his invoices. He is a *********.I have now started legal proceedings against him and have to procure the services of an alternate supplier! </p>
