Poor managment.

Mismaniging bookings. The owner made a double booking. The room I reserved and paid for, was not offered. My expectations were never matched, my money never been refunded. It’s been almost 4 months. We had unforseen crisis at home and had to head back home. She agreed on refunding us the moment she received the money from Bookings.com. I’ve seen the same complaints on Bookings.com.

Very poor management skills. Not trustable person in control.
