White colour crime

<div>Ive taken out Edubond with Africa direct[using your bond as collateral for a loan]. The bond registered on 7 May 2024 only 2 accounts hs been settled out of 6. The call agents move you from one to the other because they cannot answer you. Ive contacted their supervisor/manager aswell no response and when she response her information on this matter is not professional. This will get you into debt more than getting you out , please dont do business with this company.[ its your own home that you recieve finance on and they just supposed to pay/settle your accounts. They on it calls and all when you in the approval stage as soon as your bond registers and they have the money then its one excuse after the other]. It has been 6 months since my bond has registered and I have not been helped accordingly, now Im liable to pay Africa direct a monthly fee and debtors that has not been settled as yet but the bond registered 6months ago[ meaning theres money available to settle these accounts] Ive been with then 6 months my credit scoring is good and financially above stable im ready to just move my bond from these...</div>
