When I was needing assistance I approached Africa Direct
When I was needing assistance I approached Africa Direct. They immediately responded and assisted me with every process that I needed to follow. Now that I have been with them for a while, they continue to check in and see if there is anything I need assistance with. There is a lady, Kholiwe, who has been fantastic. Always helpful, always patient and always kind. I would like to thank them for everything that they have assisted me with.
