Very disappointed- I regret joining the Bond Optimizer program.

<div>Firstly... I put my house on the line to get my debt paid up and credit repaired, this is the nature of the program. This is a very serious thing to do as the ultimate risk of not meeting the requirements of the contract is that I could lose my home and roof over my head. 2ndly. It took about 3 - 5 months just applying, getting approved and registering the property to a bond. The application process is tideous but ++++ really does a good job in communication and keeping one updated. 3. Once the bond is registered I am told to wait 6 weeks before any Settlements can be made. (Which I patiently waited) Yet there was 1 account I spoke to ++++ about and informed her of the urgency of having to pay that one off as the attorney was threatening to send a sherrif to attach my property. I spoke to ++++ in the early weeks of August, she got in touch with the Attorneys and they advised that the payment was due 30 August. She noted that email and responded in acknowledgment. You can imagine my disappointment when I found that the payment wasn't made and that Africa Direct is requesting to another extension from the Attorneys (which we all know if no longer possible). My issue is that it's almost like the file is left to idle until you send them a email or give them a call, they don't attend to anything until they have to react to a call or email. The services are not free. Their fees are quite heafty yet despite the ultimate risk and very heavy fees, they still treat clients like they are doing us a favour. I'm starting to regret my decision to join this program. I've been reading reviews and I see alot of people are complaining about the same thing, the lack of communication, the delayed settlement payments and in general the reluctance to smoothly take care of the main purpose/reason of one joining the program to begin with. I am very disappointed, this program is starting to look like a ****.</div>
