Slow progress and non-communication.

I right with a heavy heart, this company promised to take me out of debt review within 3 months, now I'm going to the 5th month only 1 account was settled, no proper communication is given to me, when I try to find out what's happening, I'm told that my file is in finance and I'm unable to communicate with finance, but still the settlement department have no answers for what exactly is going on and why are they not settling my accounts as promised, I'm so frustrated, I'm starting to regret my decision in joining them, my debts review company was straightforward and communication was clear, I'm starting to wonder if they don't have money to pay my service providers
