SERIOUSLY DISCUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED

I am writing this with deepest disappointment and disgust. I was registered Jan 2024 and I was promised it will take 4 - 6 weeks for my dept to be settled. It is May 2024 and only small depts was paid (3). I was told that that accounts department is running behind, but that was it. No other communication as to informing me what the hold up is. You phone and hang on for half an hour, but NOTHING. They do not reply to emails. Settlement letters was forward to them, but after weeks they said new settlement letters must be requested. And so it continues. Same story for months. I am trying to get legal advise as to how this situation can be handled, because they are in possession of your house deed. I AM SERIUOSLY DISCUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.
