Unfortunate I engage with this Group to assist me with getting rid of my debt by rebounding my property for its valuation amount. My first engagement started on the 2025/06/04

After several mistakes, misunderstanding due to fact I was Afrikaans and they correspond in English we reach the stage where I had to sign papers at attorney.

THEY DRAG THIS APPLICATION FOR WHAT PURPOSES SINCE 4 JUNE 2025. (9 MONTHS)

4 pre agreement,
Signed 2x documents at attorney,
Send Title Deeds
Send info on municipality accounts
Send monthly discount letters from debtors
Increase my insure on my house
Accept there life cover upgrade

WHAT MORE ????

Untill now Edubond, Direct Africa Group do not correspond with STBB. They cannot register bond until Edubond via Africa Direct Group give them the go ahead on cost ext.

Quick to promote product from them, quick to get all information, quick to give you false information BUT slow to start process or get to work.

Wonder if there boss know ?

My emails requesting answers are ignored for days and do jot try to phone. the telephone are answered by 1 person who said they cannot transfer calls.

No one cares that we are drowning further into debt. Please people be aware of Bond Optimiser from Africa Direct Group trap.

Creditors would be paid as soon as Bond is registered but according other review it took 2 - 3 months to register and 2- 3 months to pay debtors, meaning 4-6 months still.

THEN IT MEANS DROM TODAY 25/03/2026 (ALREADY 9 MONTHS IN PROGRESS IT CAN BE FINISHED BY JULY OR SEPTEMBER 2026)

WELL IN THAT CASE I WILL CANCEL AND YOU ALL THAT SLOW AND DRAG THIS PROCESS WILL CARRY THE CANCELATION COST AND SEND ME BACK MY TITLE DEED ON YOUR COST.

I ALREADY LODGE A COMPLAIN AT THE CONSUMER LAW AGENCY ASWELL AS THE LONG TERM INSURANCE OMBUDSMAN

No movement on STBB app, no calls, no emails, ext

No movement since I send Title Deed 23/2/2026

No movement since receiving Title Deed 27/2/2026

Even contact the CEO Jeroen de Lijster (CEO), members of Edubond, members of Africa Direct and members of STBB

STBB correspond regularly
They suggest I take up this matter and application with Edubond because they only act on your behalf and instruction from Edubond via Africa Direct.

So if I understand it correctly the hold up is on the side at Edubond via Africa Direct.

Yes as mentioned to Nicole on 3 March the was mistakes from my side where I kept on lending money to pay my debt and loan accounts, then the contract or pre agreement has to change.

WHEN WILL BOND BE LODGED IN THE DEED OFFICE ?

PROVIDE STBB WITH THE COST OF THE BOND REGISTRATION
