No one seems to understand what credit facility I can open while on the programme
No one seems to understand what credit facility I can open while on the programme. One consultant said I can open a cellphone account. As long as I don't utilize the previous settled facilities. One said nothing until I'm transfered to commercial bank. I need a clear answer on the way forward
