I'm their current client and I havent received any satisfaction lately as I'm suppose to switch my account to back but I cannot get hold of any claim handler to assist with such matter and I have written several emails and to date no response to my emails and last person I spoke to I was advise that she is no longer working with them... Their service is unprofessional as we are not able to speak to anyone in thier office we must send emails for call back and now ita been a month and some no response from them
