False Advertising

Please do your homework well before engaging with Africa Direct Group which markets Bond Optimiser.

I was unfortunate enough to engage this Group to assist me with getting rid of my debt by rebounding my property for its valuation amount. My first engagement started on the 2025/06/04 . Papers were signed and the bond was only registered months later on 2025/11/28.

Charne Williams sent emails outlying the terms and conditions of the new bond repayment process and that no new debt was to be incurred whilst on the debt recovery program. The email also stated that our Creditors would be paid within 60 business days.

To date we are still paying our creditors as well as now paying a bond which has doubled since engagement with Africa Direct Group. My emails requesting answers are ignored for days...the telephone system cannot transfer calls and no one cares that we are drowning further into debt.

Please people be wary of Bond Optimiser from Africa Direct Group.
