Don't take simcontract with Africa direct

The worst ever company you have to deal with.. Their consultants are just rude and they never pick up the phone... My simcard has been off since Friday 29th till today... Whenever I call no one pick ups and yet my debit order went through on the 31st...no more business dealing with them
