DO NOT USE Africa Direct - BOND OPTIMIZER

I wish to give awareness to everyone who is looking at re-Finance their paid up property with Africa Direct / Bond Optimizer to urgently secure funds, they ware a waste of time that wants to only indebt you and do things their way and their time. Their process takes 5 months to register the bond then they will tell you to wait 2 months after it has been registered. DO NOT WASTE your time get another service provider who really wants to help you in securing Business funds or paying off an urgent debt you have. These people think they helping you by force and doing you a favor by further indebting you. ONE VICTIM TO THIS IS ENOUGH DO NOT GO TO THEM PLEASE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE YOURSELF DROWING IN DEBT FURTHER THAN WHAT YOU WERE WHEN YOU CAME TO THEM! They lie about turn around times in the beginning. I have a serious matter to settle but they telling me that I need to wait, you will loose your life waiting for these people stressing daily while you have handed your property over to their possession, but they will tell you not to make your financial problems theirs, when you come to them they treat you like Royalty until the property is registered in their name, they will not pay you out urgently they will take their time. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT MATTER UNLESS YOU ARE ON A CHILL MODE AND NOT SURE WHAT YOU WANT TO DO WITH THE MONEY! Or simply if you are just settling your debt with creditors and nothing is urgent hai them go waste your time with them. I was so exited when I started off with them but now wow wow and wow, do not go to them if you have an emergency in needing those funds. they have a not my problem you in debt approach and if you want to cancel you incur all costs from the attorneys so you indebt yourself for poor service! Then I was promised when the property is registered they will consider speeding the process which they did not do! Mind you I only have 3 accounts to be settled, if you have a lot of debt Goodluck to you, you will wait the whole year. I fail to understand why open a business facility to assist those in need but then treat them like they are dirty for having debt and it is not your problem they need the finances urgently
