Disillusioned and disappointed

Reading all the reviews on this company is like reading my own experiences with this company. My bond was registered in May 2024 and I was told that it takes around 8 weeks after the bond is registered to work on settling my creditors. I had to constantly follow up after the 8 weeks on when my creditors would be contacted for settlement amounts. Eventually, I contacted the creditors myself to get settlement quotes. To date, only 2 of my creditors have been settled. I am still waiting for the other creditors to be settled. In the meantime, I am paying this company a monthly installment, still paying the creditors that were not settled, and paying increased premiums on my house and life insurance due to specific requirements from this company. When I receive the monthly statement, I am being charged for work that is still not done. I had a bond-free house and now I am sitting with this bond that is not working for me. I am now stuck. By delaying the process and not delivering on what they have committed to do, this company has taken away my right to choose other options and plunged me further into debt. I have been following up with their client service and have a long paper trail but I have been constantly given excuses. I am so disillusioned and feel so helpless.
