DISAPPOINTED

I actually don't have enough words to express my dissatisfaction, the level of depression and pain that this organization put me through.It started extremely well in January 2024 with them settling my homeloan account and further giving me a 2 month payment holiday and also promising that they will be settling the rest of my debts within 4-6 weeks. I don't know how things took a detour when they failed to keep up to their promises, now started giving me excuses by the month of March that their Finance department is experiencing backlog and they are not in a position to inform when the rest of my creditors can be settled.

I have sent several emails and even written a formal complaint only for them to settle only 2 accounts in the month of May, but they busy debiting their money every month without fail worse, whilst you are on their program you can't even apply for credit anywhere else.

What has been more frustrating is that they are really bad with communication they hardly respond to emails nor take calls and what makes the situation so bad is that they are in position of my house tittle deed. I live in fear that what if the worst thing could happen to me like the inevitable ie (death) God forbid! what would become of my kids , what will happen to the financial security of my loved ones will they loose their home.

This further gives me sleepless nights I fully regret my decision for choosing Africa Direct to be my credit repair company because clearly they shouldn't be trusted!!!.
