Customer service

This compqny o the lay out/presentation by their sales they are promising and very attracting.What dissapointed me the most is their level of communication and or responce and customer service.In oder for me to get any update and or feed back after i have fowarded all that they required from and was Given time turn over,no responded on my mails,their client service number never gets picked up.I am still waiting on them
