bond optimizer worst service ever!!!

this company does not respect their customers, bond optimizer, still have an unresolved query from them, bond optimizer was supposed to pay installer that worked at my house and was done a week ago, I managed to get hold of their manager Dineo and assured me I will be phoned back but have not been phoned back. I have an irritated service provider on my neck as he needs his payment. where do you even go when you want to escalate to their managers. their landlines are no longer picked up and I am assuming they deliberately ignoring my calls. I have never dealt with such a useless company like these, I regret joining them. they can't even tell me when they will be making payment to the installer
