Biggest mistake of my life

I have reached a point of no return. This was the worst decision I have made and I can just kick myself. My home was paid off but we lost our business due to Covid and the cost of living forced me into debt. I started the process in Feb 2024 and it sounded quite promising. I was fooled to believe that it would take 2 months and the sooner I assist, the better it will be for me. Firstly, they tried to fool me by believing that my deeds were not correct and wanted me to pay R5000 to have it rectified (first delay of two weeks). Only after I included the bond laywer in my mail that miraculously the deed was accepted. It is July 2024 and my house no longer belongs to me. I'm loaded with extra payments (from Africa Direct) of insurance when they knew I cannot afford this. (no holiday as promised - I'm just told to pay everything). None of my debts have been settled or the process even started (new delays). Now I'm told it takes 6 weeks and then they have 60 business days to settle my accounts. Not to mention that they need new settlement letters and that I might have to complete some myself (yet they charge a very heavy fee for "service"). This company thrives on delays. There is no clear timeline and no one seems to know exactly what is happening within their company ( they only have knowledge of their department. The staff do not communicate properly or do not come back on time. They keep threatening you with extracts from contracts when questions are asked and repeat the same tune as if reading from scripts or I'm told that the next department will explain). I'm going to go into deeper debt because of this company. I was also informed today that I failed the edu program even though I scored 100%. It feels like one **** after the other. I gave my home (which was bought after my late mother passed away) as security. It's no longer in my name. I have done everything possible to keep up with this company's demands. Yet I do not receive any service and it is 6 months later. It is my believe that this company deliberately tricks the client into joining with false promises, delay all the processes for them to make more money and find ways for applicants to fail the edu-program so that they do not have to payout the rewards. Yet the program is costing the client more than R17000. I should have sold my house and started over. The last time I spoke to a consultant I was informed that I owe the company already more than R50000, yet NO service has been given to me yet and I'm no longer a home owner. I read on other reviews here that a "specialist" will contact the reviewer. Why can't we deal with specialists from the start? What have I done??? I'm going to be left with nothing.
