Biggest mistake ever!

I'm 8 months into the Bond Optimizer programme yet still haven't received reasonable explanations as to why my accounts are not being settled as per the pre-agreement. If I knew it was going to take this long I wouldn't have signed up. Africa Direct has deceived me and now I'm stuck. They are messing with people's lives. They don't care, they don't return calls, responses to emails don't contain any clear resolutions.

Escalation processes are not followed. The client liason knows nothing about anything.

It's a mess.

This program has worsend my financial situation instead of making it better.
