Disappointed at the none professionalism of the service provider

Took my car in for an alternator which does not charge in November 26. 2021 and regulator was replaced on december 25th 2021 the alternator was still not charging. Agreed to bring the car for solving problem on 3/1/2022 still after full seven days my car was parked unattended and told the people who work are not yet back. Very disappointed as we try take our business to small local service providers. Will not take my car back there and will not recommend to anyone to take their car there
