AFKEN RISK MANGEMENT (PTY) LTD

I am writing this COMPLAINT regarding AFKEN RISK MANAGEMENT (PTY)LTD… I recently joined Discovery medical aid through a broker, Afken and was dealing with a lady, Naledi Taunyane who I was not satisfied with her service as she was capturing my details, i.e. name, address incorrectly and had requested this to be rectified numerous times. I recently noticed that my policy certificate had yet again the incorrect address so I contacted Afken this afternoon and spoke with a Claudia and informed her that I was fedup with Naledi getting my contact details wrong, and that I no longer wanted to deal with her. Immediately after my conversation with Claudia I receive a shocking and disgusting email from Naledi informing me that SHE NO LONGER WANTS TO DEAL WITH ME AS A CLIENT, SHE DOES NOT TOLERATE ME SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN ON HER (I HAD NOT SPOKEN TO HER AT ALL) AND ACCUSES ME OF DISREPECTING HER TO THE POINT SHE ACCUSES ME OF RACE, AGE ETC. WHAT A DISGRACEFUL, UNNCESSARY, DISGUSTING EMAIL TO RECEIVE FROM A CONSULTANT THAT IS AN EMPLOYEE OF AFKEN RISK MANAGEMENT.. I AM UTTERLY APPALLED AT HER ACCUSATIONS AND LIES!!!!

I HAVE SINCE CANCELLED MY DEALINGS WITH AFKEN AND NO LONGER WISH TO CONDUCT ANY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH AFKEN!!
