Pathetic turnaround

I have had very poor experience with this company. Staff were very unprofessional in handling my withdrawl and as a result i lost money due to their incompetence in not processing my application timeously. I would always have to call them instead of them giving me feedback that they promised. Pathetic - i would not recommend using this Company.
