No customer service no one answers emails and no follow through

I have my RA policy with Discovery through Afken. I have been trying since 10 December 2021 to get a hold of Afken to pay some outstanding debits that didn’t go through. No one has responded to my email. I then called and spoke to a lady named Charmaine or Claudia who said she would get back to me regarding this. I called back the same day as I had not heard anything and was eager to get this sorted out. She promised she would let me know before close of business. It’s now 2 days later and still no call nor any feedback. I am highly annoyed
