Worst, terrible and poorest service ever

Afiswitch is the worst poorest company I ever came across in my entire existence in terms of terrible customer service. They forver don't answer the calls, forever experiencing high call volumes daily for 5 days from 7:30 to 3:30pm same msg , never keep you on hold until the agent is available instead they drop ur call , they refer you to their email which is also never has anyone responding . I sent the email then sent abt 5 follow up emails ,still to responce todate a month later . I have never come across the company as useless as this one and with no sense of accountability .I don't even know why it exists or why they have phones . Even if you go to licence department to complaint about paying for PDP sent POP to them ,they not even surprised that there is no response. So pathetic and useless in short and needs another company to take over as they don't care about their clients .
