Worst service EVER

No service, we have done multiple attempts to contact the service center and have had no luck. About 20 Phone calls and you either get cut off before speaking to an agent. They are not responding to any of our emails. We are waiting for a clearance so that we can renew a PRDP. We have begun this process on the 5th of January 2023 with no luck. The traffic offices are also not willing to assist.
