Worst and costly experience ever

I went to Afiswitch on the 14th of January 2021 to do a clearance for SACE and paid for the one that takes 4 hours. Till today I haven't received it. I've been calling them every single day but no one answers. I'm starting to think that it is a ****. Now I need to go back to Centurion cause I can't do anything without it. And mind you, it's not cheap to go there from Soweto.
