Very Very Poor service

Worst experience ever, like we use our Prpd to work.. how can I pay same day and then wait the whole ****en two months and still I can't reach their call centre even their personal number they are not replying 🤬😡 now I'm suspended at work because I can't get my clearance which I've paid for hmm that's a wow, what a **** company this is.. Can our Government get a reliable service provider Please we are tired of wasting our airtime and not getting any hep at the end!!!!
