Very poor service delivery

I'm very disappointed with this company 💔💔, last month I app**** for Prdp and traffic center sent my fingerprints to them and told me to go and pay R110 at an Absa ATM for fingerprints and cond back after 2 weeks for my fingerprints so that my prdp application can be finalized, I did that and went back to the traffic center but I was told that they haven't received my fingerprints yet.

I was told to call them and give the email address of the traffic center supervisor where they can send my fingerprints to, I did call them and they said they sent my fingerprints to the traffic center on the 29th June, so they said it's fine they will send them again to the email that I gave them and they me told to wait for 1 hour for to be delivered, I went to the supervisor to check the email of my fingerprints and they told me that they haven't received an email I must continue to wait, I stayed there waiting for the email of my fingerprints for about 5 to 6 hours and went back to the supervisor but still they haven't received an email, I called afiswitch again and told them the supervisor haven't received an email and it's been hours waiting for an email. They asked me to give them my personal email address and I gave them and they said they have sent an email to me but I should wait for 30 minutes for its to be delivered to me and 1 hours passed but still no email from them.

Even now I haven't received an email from them and it's been 2 weeks now waiting for that email, I really don't understand what type of email that you have to wait for hours and weeks for its to be delivered. I was offered a job and they requested a driver's license with pdp but I lost that job because of this company and I don't know when will I ever be offered another job💔💔.

I'm really disappointed with this bull**** behavior of this company 💔. Please afiswitch if you can't send my fingerprints please pay back my money
