VERY Bad service provider

Utterly bad service. This company doesn't deserve to be operational. They don't service their clients at all. I've been told to go to their office by officials at the testing grounds because their system is not working. The call center is not taking calls as it's having high call ***) volumes and refers you to emails (***) which are never responded to. Many people rely on them to provide a service that has been paid for and they don't deliver, their channels are completly ineffective.
