useless and ***********

I am being ****** by AFISWITCH day light *******, now I have to pay double for their incompetence.

app**** for my PDP 2020 December paid for everything but till to this date (17 December 2021) I still don't have my PDP and licence department says they are waiting for afiswitch to communicate with them regarding my fingerprints before they can continue.

on the 17th December 2021, after a long struggle licence department employee managed to speak with the afiswitch employee and after the call I was told that I have to pay again because my application has expired.
