Unhappy Client, Paid two times for PDP Still didnt get it nor Temp nothing

My husband app**** for PDP in Khayelitsha Traffic dept that was expired and he was told to pay and wait 7 days which he did. After 7 days he went back for his PDP or at least temp as he is a Taxi Driver he was told that he cannot get the temp. I spoke to Jonas Laka and I sent her emails with Proof of payment and I explained to her that he paid on the 2Dec 2019 and today is the 20 Dec 2019 yet still no results. As per the emails Jonas she said we should get something by today but nothing. What are suppose to eat in the meantime while waiting for the results. Taxi driver cannot get paid if they not driving. We were suppose to travel to Eastern for holidays with children but the way I see it that is not possible. Can you please assist I have all correspondence and Proof of payments that we made two times. Thank you Unhappy customer
