The service has deteriorated

The service has deteriorated. There's no communication whatsoever. You email them, you don't get a response. You call them, keeps saying there's a high number of calls, even if you call from 7am before the lines become active as they operate from 7:30. Been waiting for my PrDP fingerprint results for a month now. How I wish there was another company that I could do my PrDP fingerprints with
