PRDP from Afiswitch no response

My husband did his fingerprints and application on the 21/12/2020 for his PRDP and we have been calling them on this number *** no answer and sending emails to *** and we are not getting anybody responding to us.

We went to the Benoni License department and they told us we must keep on trying but realy it's 12 weeks and my husband needs his PRDP to work.
