Poor service (No Service)

I have never encountered such poor service from a company. Their systems seem completely dysfunctional—phone lines are perpetually busy, and emails go unanswered. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a Affiswich where nothing seems to work efficiently. They seriously need to reassess their operations, as this level of service is unacceptable
