Poor service

I am not happy with their service.

I drove from another province to get my PrDP fingerprint results. I was made to queue. Then, after three weeks of taking my results, I was told that the results were not available and that there was an issue with the Traffic department.

I was told to call and check. When calling their office number. The voice prompts us to hang up and send an Email. Emails that they don't reply.
