POOR AND WORST SERVICE

I had my biometric fingerprints done on the 22nd of April by Traffic Department for PrDP and paid R110.On Afiswitch website it says in 48hrs the results will be out but until now the 6th of May there is nothing. At Traffic Department they told me to call Afiswitch which l did and it took me 1 hr on hold to get someone on the line who sharply told me the fingerprints screening was done and send but still there is nothing. I phoned again and waited for another 1 hr with the answering machine telling me l on no.1 on waiting list,until the phone just cut off.
