Pathetic service from Afiswitch!!!

Been trying to contact their call centre for the entire week. Holding no less tha 1hour each time only to be number 1 on the queue then get told lines are busy, call another time.

As I type this been holding for 22 minutes and o position 1 ever since. Do they even have anyone in those contact centres or we are wasting our time!
