No Service From Afiswitch

I app**** for my PDP license at the traffic department. One of the requirements is a fingerprint clearance to check if one has a previous ******** record. So Afiswitch is the service provided that does this for the traffic department. I paid the fee on the 19/10/2024 and have subsequently received no feedback from Afiswitch. I cannot contact them as their phones lines are always busy and they never respond to emails.
