No communication

Afswitch has the worst communication with customers. Their line specifically related to prdp is always full, you are then referred to their email which they never respond to. I've sent them two emails and since no response. Please communicate with customers so that we can have clearity on the fingerprint clearance. I've made a deposit on the 25th of September till today no response no update
