Looking for a fingerprints report

I have been calling for a long time,. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. I gave her my email address even now I am still waiting.

This company is the worst I have ever seen. And today I called the guy answered and dropped.

And they never send the report to the traffic department since November 2020
