Gutter level service

I was given the account of these guys for them to do a ******** check report. I deposited the money as advised as i want a PrDP. I was told to give them 10 days. I decided to give them an extra day and went to the traffic Dept to go and check if i could do the temporary PrDP, i was told Afiswitch has not made available the report. I was advised to give them 5 more days, i went again today, nothing has been made available. I phoned them many times on the number +***0 given. They are not answering at all, if after the 100th call you sneaks in, you get a rude person who does not even try to hear out what is it you have problems with.
