Finger prints are stucked with afriswitch.

I have a problem with this company, I did my finger prints screening for the renewal of Prdp on the 11 February 2025, till today I haven't got them back, when I call them they don't pickup our calls, they don't reply to our emails. Im a bolt driver that the only income I have to support my family, now Im blocked on bolt because of this. Its been a two weeks now Im not working everyone at home depand on me. can you please help me get my finger prints back so that I can get my temporary licence back I can get back to work for my family.
