Fast & Convenient - What a joke!

On the 17th of September my brother app**** at the Florida Licensing department for his police clearance certificate or fingerprint clearance certificate,done by Afiswitch Pty Ltd in Centurion. Without this document he cannot get his driver's license and as a truck driver he needs this for his PDP. He has been struggling to get a job,sat at home for months and months, no money, the bank wanted to repossess his car, no money for food, NOTHING, then eventually started a new job in Isando. We have our parents to look after, both pensioners in their 80's. We have to work and earn money!<br> As he had no money to apply for this clearance certificate he had to wait for his first salary to have money available. While applying for this his license expired and he had to sit at home, waiting and praying it would not take long. Every week , twice a week, he would go and inquire about the clearance certificate just to be told it is not ready yet! This is now the 7th week! HE IS GOING TO LOOSE HIS JOB! WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? HOW CAN IT TAKE SO LONG? HOW CAN PEOPLE BE SO NO-CARE! Afiswitch's website says FAST & CONVENIENT! What a joke! Just another company that just does not care a damn!!!!!
