Bad service, Money wasting services with no value for money.

I had my fingerprints taken by one of your bussiness partners on the 5th of july (***)to date I havent received my clearance report. Your call centre is even a joke, it seems they are not every trained to assist clients with problems. I wasted lots of airtime calling you people, you just keep on transferring me without assistance. Rather shut it down coz even SAPS give updates if you request from them. Swift and fast service? Maybe you invented your own definition of fast.
