Bad Service by Afiswitch

Joh don't know what went wrong with this company they use to be a great service provider I went to our local Traffic Department on 21 April 2023 to do my fingerprints I made the payment same day through immediate eft on 26 April 2023 I was called by the Traffic department to take a proof of payment I took the proof immediately This is my 4th time doing my fingerprints to do my pdp and in the past Afiswitch use to be very fast I always received my fingerprints results within a week or less but now it is a month and a 1 week from when I went to do fingerprints and a month from when I took the proof of payment and I am still waiting for my fingerprints results and I use my pdp for business and creating a income for myself because I am self employed in the taxi industry and I am also helping someone out as a driver for scholar transport as well as doing trips and business for myself so I need my pdp.
