Bad service

Hello i paid R100 for my fingerprints on the 17th of June 2020 and i was given a waiting period of 7 days before i can get my finger prints and pay for my PDP. Today at Traffic department i was told that i did not make any payments and i do have my proof of payment from ABSA. Am Nkosinathi Mahlangu And my Cellnumber is ***. The document i got at traffic department is written afiswitch submission number: ***. How I paid, ATM name: Bethal 3 ATM NR: 10878 SEQ NR: 006222. Unfortunately I cannot disclose the ref number i used on the ATM as prescribed by the payment procedure document because that ref number has my ID number on it. Please assist me, my number again is ***.
