Bad Company to Handle South African finger print!!!!

This is a ridiculous *********** company with no landline to call. I have been waiting for my finger prints ever since it's now clocks 10days without my finger prints and i need to work with my pdp by they are holding my hands, there is no communication from this company dont even know who runs it but it's a bad company. Can Traffic department really change this guy's!!!
