Bad bad Service Afiswitch

Afiswitch must be the worst company I have ever delth with, I did my fingerprints in November for my Prdp the municipality never received it, I have been calling them holding on for a operator 45min to an hour at a time, when talking to a operator they "email" you the results saying it will take an hour to two hours for you to receive it, then you never do. Start over again, call, wait 45 min to an hour to get hold of an operator, give email address this time more than one, wait again and so on and on and on. I asked the last time a called now, why does it take an hour to send an email and the lady said that is our procedure.
