AFISWITCH THE MOST HORRIBLE AGENCY

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I app**** for a Pdp in December which requires a ******** clearance certificate,the traffic department in Nigel were more than happy to help with the application and they also told me to come back on the 20th of December to get the certificate which is done by Afiswitch and also to complete my application.

When I went back on the 20th I was told that the offices at afiswitch are closed and will open in January,which was a disappointment to me,nevertheless I went back in January only to find out that they not opened still.

Yesterday I decided to call the Affiswitch offices in Pretoria and was received by a very rude guy who never sounded like he wanted to help from the get go,nevermind the fact that I waited for almost an hour before the call was picked only to be receive by one rude agent who didn't even want to send my certificate to me,he advised me that he will send the report to a supervisor in nigel by the name of Phathekile.I later went to nigel to check whether they sent the certificate only to find that nothing was done.

The guys at the traffic department in Nigel advised me that they have the same problem with people from Affiswitch who tell client they will email results to them but never do.

There are people who lack jobs who could do a better job than these cabbages at Affiswitch,the agents at this company are heartless and treat people as though they are doing them favours.

Can someone help and get to the bottom of this
