Afiswitch Refund

I paid for extra applying for my PrDP and Traffic Department told me Afiswitch would refund me. I contacted Afiswitch, was told to submit documents to facilitate the process. I submitted and Roli (lady I’ve been communicating with) promptly rep****. They’ve been telling me the Refund has been processed but I am still waiting. It’s been almost 2 months now. Being unemployed, I really need every cent I can get. If Afiswitch won’t honour their responsibilities, who do I escalate this matter to?
